How your information is stored
This page explains what Partnerology™ keeps when you use the site and take the assessment, and who can see it.
Your account
- To take the assessment you create an account with email and password, Google, or Lovable sign-in.
- We store your email address and the display name you choose. Your display name is shown to the partner you invite.
Your assessment answers
- Your answers are saved to your account as you go, so you can return and finish later.
- Your individual answers are visible only to you. Your partner cannot see them, and neither can other visitors.
- Once you submit, your answers are locked and can no longer be changed.
Your Pair Report™
- The Pair Report™ is created only after both partners have submitted.
- It shows scores for each dimension and the gaps between you — not your individual answers.
- Only the two partners in the assessment can open the report.
Invitation links
- The invitation link you share works once and expires after 7 days. Anyone holding an unused link can join as your partner, so share it only with them.
Waitlist and AI insights
- If you join the waitlist, we store your first name, email, and optional role to contact you about early access.
- Challenges you submit to the AI insight tool are saved to help us improve Partnerology™. The generated insight itself is not saved.
